Mewoc Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and can balance multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues while maintaining confidentiality and fairness. - Performance Management:
Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. - HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to support growth and performance improvement. - Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair offerings to employees. - HR Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and recruitment KPIs. - Culture & Engagement:
Foster a positive work culture through initiatives that support employee engagement, team collaboration, and recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hours & Compensation:
- This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10 hours per week.
